Established in 1979, The Leicester Counselling Centre is a charity that aims to provide affordable, high quality, professional counselling to the communities of Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. Based in a quiet location close to the city centre in Leicester and also operating from premises in Oakham and Loughborough, The Centre works with adult individuals from all walks of life and from any culture or background, without discrimination.
Our aim is to help you cope more effectively with the difficulties you are currently facing.
Counselling will give you the opportunity to talk in confidence and reflect on and explore the causes of your problems.Your counsellor will work with you to help you to achieve a better understanding of your situation and your feelings and to find ways of dealing with them.
