Making an appointment

If you feel you could benefit from using our service, please contact us initially by phone or email. You don't need a referral from your doctor or any other professional. Your first step is to arrange to come in for an initial assessment for counselling.

Our reception staff will take a few details from you and arrange a first appointment with one of our senior counsellors for an assessment session. Some special access facilities are provided on site but please discuss any personal access requirements with the receptionist.

If you need to see someone urgently we would advise you to contact your GP, go to the nearest A&E Department or speak to The Samaritans on 08457 909090, as we cannot provide an emergency service.
